If your home has extensive automation, multiple buildings, or a large number of zones, we'll recommend a custom plan that matches the time your system actually needs. We'd rather scope it correctly upfront than underdeliver.

Support plan hours are dedicated to maintenance, updates, and system health. If you'd like to add new devices, reprogram scenes, or expand your system, we'll scope that as a separate project - but as a support plan member, you'll receive priority scheduling and preferred pricing on all project work.
