Conference Room AV Specialists

Professional Video Conferencing, Installed Right

Every conference room has the same job. Get people on a call, with clear audio and natural video, in under thirty seconds, without anyone calling IT. Most rooms fail that test. A USB camera angled at the ceiling, a soundbar three people can't hear past, a tangle of cables on the table. By the time the meeting actually starts, everyone is annoyed.

VIP Smart Homes designs and installs professional conference room systems built around Logitech Rally Bar, paired with the right displays, microphones, touch controllers, and infrastructure for your space. We're not a dealer. We're integrators who install these systems every week. Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Google Meet hardware, Webex. Whichever platform your team already uses, we make the room work with it.

All In One Video Bar

Logitech Rally Bar. Studio Quality, Built In.

Rally Bar is the workhorse of modern conference rooms. A single device under the display delivers AI auto framing, speaker tracking, beamforming microphones, and studio quality speakers in one clean install. No PC. No tangle of USB cables. The room is the computer.

It runs Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Google Meet natively. Walk in, tap the controller, you're in the meeting. The camera finds whoever is talking. The microphones reject the HVAC noise overhead. The speakers fill the room without distortion.

Rally Bar is designed for medium to large rooms up to roughly 15 by 26 feet, comfortably handling up to 20 participants. For most boardrooms, executive suites, and conference rooms, it's all you need.

Modular For Large Rooms

Rally Plus. For Boardrooms That Demand More.

When a single video bar isn't enough, Rally Plus splits the system into dedicated components. A 4K PTZ camera with 15x zoom lives at the front of the room. Premium speakers mount on either side of the display. Microphone pods drop in wherever they're needed, scaling up to seven pods total with Rally Mic Pod Hubs.

This is the system for executive boardrooms, training rooms, and large conference spaces where a single all in one bar can't reach every seat. The camera covers a 90 degree diagonal field of view with 180 degrees of pan and 140 degrees of tilt range, giving total room coverage of 262 degrees wide. The full system scales to rooms up to 28 by 40 feet with up to 46 participants. Everyone is heard. Everyone is seen.

We design the layout, run the cable, mount the components, and commission the system on your conferencing platform of choice. You get a room that sounds and looks like a broadcast studio without looking like one.

Works With Every Platform

Zoom. Teams. Meet. Webex. All Of It.

Your team didn't pick a meeting platform so they could buy a room around it. They picked it because that's how the company works. The room should support the platform, not the other way around.

Rally Bar runs as a Zoom Rooms appliance, a Microsoft Teams Rooms appliance, or a Google Meet hardware appliance, configured natively at the device level. No PC tucked behind the credenza. No USB extender running the length of the table. Switch platforms later? We reconfigure the same hardware to the new platform, often in under an hour.

For rooms that need to host external guests on whatever platform they bring, we configure BYOD (bring your own device) mode so a guest can walk in, plug a laptop into a single USB-C cable, and run their own Zoom or Webex meeting on the room's camera, microphones, and speakers. One room. Every platform. Every guest.

Compact Spaces

Rally Bar Mini. Huddle Rooms And Home Offices.

Not every meeting needs a boardroom. Huddle spaces, phone booths, breakout rooms, and serious home offices need the same call quality in a smaller footprint. Rally Bar Mini is the answer. Same AI framing, same beamforming microphones, same native platform support, in a compact bar designed for small to medium rooms up to 18 by 20 feet with three to twelve participants.

For executives running calls from a home office, Rally Bar Mini transforms a residential desk into something that looks and sounds like a real meeting room. The 4K camera frames you correctly. The microphones reject the espresso machine in the kitchen. The speakers handle a full conference call without straining.

When you're on a call with the New York office, the C suite in Singapore, or a client in London, your background looks intentional and your voice sounds clear. That's the difference between a home office and a home office that means business.

Crystal Clear Audio

Every Voice Heard. Every Word Captured.

The number one complaint on every conference call is audio. The person at the far end of the table sounds like they're in a tunnel. The remote participant can't tell who's talking. Cross talk gets garbled. Eight people in a room, four of them inaudible.

Logitech Rally Mic Pods solve this with directional pickup, table or ceiling mount placement, and intelligent noise reduction. Each pod uses four omnidirectional microphones forming eight acoustic beams, with a 15 foot pickup range. We drop them strategically around long tables, in U shaped layouts, or across multi zone boardrooms, spacing pods about 8 feet apart for ideal overlapping coverage. Add Rally Mic Pod Hubs and a Rally Plus system scales to seven total pods, supporting up to 46 participants in a single room.

For ceiling installations, beamforming ceiling microphones from Shure, Sennheiser, or Biamp integrate cleanly with the Rally ecosystem when the room calls for it. Aesthetic when you want them hidden, audible when it counts.

What We Install

The Whole Room. Not Just The Camera.

A working conference room is more than a video bar bolted to the wall. It's a coordinated system of displays, controls, microphones, lighting, and infrastructure designed to disappear into the architecture and work the same way every single meeting.

Logitech Tap Controllers

One touch meeting start from a sleek 10.1 inch touchscreen mounted in the table or on the wall. Tap (USB) supports Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows, and Google Meet. Tap IP runs over a single PoE cable for Zoom Rooms and Teams Rooms on Android deployments. No more "wait, how do you start the call again?"

Tap Scheduler Room Booking

Tap Scheduler mounts outside each room, showing availability at a glance with green and red status lighting. Walk up, book the room on the spot, or check a calendar from across the hallway.

4K Displays And Mounts

Properly sized commercial displays (Samsung, LG, Sony) sized to the room and mounted at the right height for the typical seated viewer. Dual display configurations for content plus participants. Acoustic friendly wall mounting that doesn't rattle.

Cable Management Done Right

In wall pathways, cable raceways behind credenzas, table cable grommets, and clean equipment placement. No HDMI snake on the conference table. No power strips dangling under the credenza. The wiring is invisible.

Lighting Integration

We coordinate room lighting with Lutron and Ketra so the camera always sees properly exposed faces, not silhouettes against a window. Scenes for "Meeting," "Presentation," and "Daylight Off" recall the right look with a single button.

Remote Service And Support

Every room we install ships with remote monitoring built in. We see when a device drops offline, when firmware needs updating, when a microphone is muted longer than it should be. Most issues are fixed before the next meeting starts.

Why It Matters

The Difference You'll Actually Notice

Meetings Start On Time

One tap on a controller, the call starts. No hunting for the right cable, no wrestling with HDMI, no calling the IT person. Every meeting in every room, the same way, every time.

Audio Everyone Can Hear

Beamforming microphones and acoustic processing mean the person at the far end of the table sounds as clear as the person next to the camera. Remote participants stop saying "what was that?"

Video That Looks Intentional

AI auto framing keeps every participant properly composed in the frame. Speaker tracking puts the active speaker on screen. Your team looks like they walked into a room, not piled into a webcam.

One System, Every Platform

Run Zoom Rooms today, Teams Rooms next quarter, Google Meet for that one acquired subsidiary. The hardware stays. The configuration changes. The room keeps working.

No Tangle of Cables

Professional installation hides every cable in the wall, under the floor, or inside the millwork. The conference table is a conference table, not a hardware showcase.

Issues Fixed Remotely

When a device hangs or firmware needs updating, we usually fix it from our office before anyone in your office notices. Service visits become rare and brief.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions About Conference Room AV

Do you sell the equipment or just install it?

We install, configure, support, and integrate conference room AV systems. We are not an authorized Logitech dealer. We work with whatever procurement channel makes sense for your project. Many corporate clients buy the gear directly through their preferred IT vendor and we handle the rest. For residential and small business clients, we can source equipment through professional distribution. Either way, the install, configuration, and ongoing support is what we do.

What platforms do you support?

Logitech Rally Bar systems run natively as Zoom Rooms appliances, Microsoft Teams Rooms appliances, or Google Meet hardware appliances. They also support Webex by Cisco, BlueJeans, GoTo, and BYOD (bring your own device) for guests on any platform via a single USB-C cable. We configure the room to match whatever your organization uses today, and reconfigure later if you switch platforms.

What's the difference between Rally Bar, Rally Plus, and Rally Bar Mini?

Rally Bar Mini is built for huddle rooms, phone booths, and home offices, ideal for spaces up to 18 by 20 feet with three to twelve participants. Rally Bar is the standard all in one solution for medium to large conference rooms up to 15 by 26 feet with up to 20 participants. Rally Plus is the modular system for large boardrooms and training rooms up to 28 by 40 feet with up to 46 participants, using a separate 4K PTZ camera, dedicated speakers, and expandable microphone pods that scale to seven total. We help you size the right system to the room during the consultation.

Will this work in my home office?

Yes, and it's one of the fastest growing requests we get. Executives, consultants, and remote leaders increasingly want a home office that performs like a real conference room. Rally Bar Mini paired with a properly sized 4K display, room lighting tuned for video, and a clean integrated install transforms a residential desk into something that looks and sounds like a broadcast suite. Many of our home office installs cost a fraction of what people assume.

Can you work with our existing room and furniture?

Almost always. The Rally ecosystem mounts under or above standard 4K displays, microphone pods sit on existing conference tables, and Tap controllers can be table mounted or wall mounted. We do an on site assessment, measure the room, check sightlines and audio behavior, and propose an install plan that respects whatever millwork, ceiling, and finishes are already in place.

Do you handle the network side too?

Yes. Conference rooms depend on reliable wired Ethernet, proper VLAN segmentation, and quality of service prioritization for video traffic. We design, deploy, and support enterprise networking (UniFi, Cisco Meraki, Aruba) alongside the conference room install. For larger deployments we coordinate directly with your IT team or managed service provider so the room shows up correctly on your domain, calendar system, and identity provider.

How long does a typical install take?

A single Rally Bar room with an existing display, table, and ethernet drop is usually a one day install plus a day of commissioning. A full Rally Plus boardroom with new displays, cabling, lighting integration, and acoustic treatment runs three to five days depending on scope. Multi room rollouts across a building we phase room by room to avoid disrupting business.

What happens after the install?

Every conference room we install includes remote monitoring through Logitech Sync and OvrC. We see device status, firmware levels, and uptime in real time from our office. Most issues are caught and resolved before anyone in your office notices. For larger deployments we offer ongoing service agreements that include scheduled firmware updates, quarterly performance reviews, and priority response.

Conference Rooms Done Right.

Whether you're upgrading a single home office or rolling out video conferencing across an entire building, we design and install systems that work the first time and every time after.
