VIP Smart Homes was founded by Mike Hayertz - an industry veteran with over 30 years of hands-on experience in AV, IT, and luxury residential technology. Before founding VIP Smart Homes, Mike spent a decade leading residential technology for Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen, managing fully integrated systems across global luxury estates, private aircraft, mega-yachts, and corporate offices.
That environment demanded absolute reliability, zero tolerance for failure, and total discretion. It set a standard that every VIP Smart Homes client receives today.
VIP Smart Homes is based in Bellevue, Washington, with deep roots serving luxury homeowners across the Greater Seattle area. Our primary service area includes Seattle, Bellevue, Medina, Mercer Island, Clyde Hill, Hunts Point, Yarrow Point, the San Juan Islands, and the greater Puget Sound region.
